Are all your boxes bespoke?
Yes, although we do carry a small range of blue covered, satin lined boxes, mainly designed to accommodate silver or glassware. (Please contact us for details of prices, sizes etc.)
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes but our sales team look at each project individually. Usually around 100 / 200
Do you have a design team?
Yes we have our own team of designers who can give you all the help that you need with your ideas.
Do you supply samples?
We are able to supply samples but we may charge for larger quantities.
Do you export?
Yes, we have the capability to export worldwide.
Do you do contract packing?
Yes.
What are your lead times?
For boxes manufactured on our UK site lead times can range from seven days to around five weeks at our busier times of the year. We have close associations with box makers in the Far East and lead times are approximately 12-16 weeks from sign off of samples depending on the time of the year.
Are you a one-stop shop?
Yes, we can design and supply boxes, bags, tissue, ribbon and then we can pack and deliver your boxes.
